Our training starts before the training!

Four weeks before the start of training, participants receive an email with a practical interview on their current situation and their personal goals and expectations. It is important for the trainers to know the tasks, responsibilities and individual goals in order to prepare themselves optimally.

Participants work on their personal skills in modular training days that build on each other.

The tools developed are implemented in practical exercises and the participants receive comprehensive feedback from the trainers.

The most important personal insights, ideas and tools are recorded on a "skills development sheet". The concrete implementation is also recorded in writing. The trainers receive a copy so that they can monitor the personal development of each participant.

In order to be able to apply the experience gained and individual "competence development points" in professional practice, there are around four weeks between the individual training modules. This gives participants the opportunity to put the new tools and ideas into practice in everyday life and to internalize new behaviours.

Within the training group, learning teams of two to three participants are formed, who support each other in implementing the new tools and ideas in everyday life by making fixed telephone calls.

In the following training module, the participants present their personal experiences and results from their day-to-day work in a three to five-minute presentation, receive feedback from the trainers and further tips on successful implementation. In addition, each participant summarizes the highlights of their implementation successes for the group - so all participants receive a "best of".

On the last day, the participants present their personal implementation results. Together with the group and the trainers, they take stock and receive further valuable tips for their day-to-day work.
