Healthy leadership

Health-oriented leadership in a motivated and successful team

Demographic change, increasing life expectancy, a higher retirement age and a lack of skilled workers are leading to a change in the age structure of the workforce in Germany. Companies are faced with the task of keeping their employees healthy and fit for as long as possible. An independent study by the Cologne University of Applied Sciences shows that Healthy leadership increases satisfaction and reduces the number of sick days. Over 250 managers from the healthcare sector, hospitals and retirement and nursing homes have taken part in test training sessions and implemented the "new healthy leadership culture". "Healthy leadership" is the catchphrase for a new management culture that motivates employees to contribute to joint success with health-oriented managers.

Annual employee appraisals

Motivational interviewing to find common goals

Annual employee appraisals, employee dialogs or performance feedback with target agreements are important instruments of modern personnel management that contribute to the company's success. Structured preparation and competent and sensitive implementation are key factors for the success of these discussions. They promote motivation and the quality of cooperation between managers and employees and contribute to a sustainable increase in performance and a culture of trust within the company.
