Pro Management

Pro Management AG was founded in Kelberg in 2016 by Jochen Kracht and Niklas Dorandt.

Both have many years of experience in the areas of personnel management and sales. The trainers, who also have a portfolio of many years of experience in various industries, are also selected according to this standard.

Pro Management AG specializes in tailor-made training measures in the areas of leadership, sales, personal development and communication. We offer our services as in-house and open training courses. Together with our partners, we implement international projects in 18 countries in the local language with a uniform design and the same quality.
